This position will report directly to the CFO. Responsibilities of the Controller include Preparation of quarterly fund financial statements Coordination and oversight of annual audits and tax return preparation including tax planning Responsible for fund compliance with the partnership agreements and other legal regulatory qualifications Monitoring cash balances and capital call needs including preparation of capital call calculation and notices to Fund partners Reporting and accounting for the General Partners and Co-Investment entities Oversight of Management Company accounting including payablesreceivables, expense allocations, reimbursements, budgeting and tax planning Preparation of annual Management Company operating budget Supervision of Assistant Controller Manages monitoring and transaction charges, as well as booking offsets and management fee revenue Works closely with CFO on budgeting and cost controls.
